Most of the world (I would judge) would see as trivial some of the things that are listed, and see as significant some of the things that are left out. Look at November, all are my entries with origins of: 3 United States, 1 United Kingdom, 1 European and top 100 business schools 1 Australian entry. I hope you agree that this rule of top 100 business schools thumb, though still quite subjective, is a more solid basis for discussion than whether or not British royalty has any ruling power, or whether some sport is international or domestic, or which continent counts the most heads.
